Startopia

    The platform

Idea to product to judged pitch.
    One platform.

Startopia Challengers is where the venture actually gets built. Not a lesson library and not a single tool bolted onto a workshop, but the full build: finding a problem worth solving, proving it with real evidence, rehearsing the conversations that decide whether it works, building the pitch, building the product, and defending it in front of a panel.

ProofScaling is the method. Challengers is the platform. The programmes are what you join.

Built to carry the whole build.

From the first problem statement to the live judging panel - every phase lives in one place, with evidence accumulating at each step.

    The build

    Seven steps. One platform.

Every programme on Startopia Challengers moves through the same sequence. The pace and depth change by format; the build does not.

    1. 01

      Ideate

Turn a vague hunch into a defined idea worth testing, with structured ideation rather than a brainstorm that goes nowhere.

    2. 02

      Problem discovery

Research the problem properly. Who actually has it, how often it happens, and what it costs them.

    3. 03

      Validate

Gather evidence from real people, and find out fast when the idea is wrong. Changing direction on evidence counts as progress here.

    4. 04

      Simulate

Rehearse customer conversations and investor pitches against a live counterpart on the platform, before doing either for real.

    5. 05

      Build the pitch

Build the deck on the platform, structured around the evidence gathered rather than the strength of the idea.

    6. 06

      Build the product

Build a working product with AI, by describing what it should do in plain language. No coding background required, and the result is live and usable.

    7. 07

      Face the panel

Present to a live judging panel and get scored across the four ProofScaling dimensions: Desirability, Feasibility, Viability and Usability.

    What makes it different

Not a course library. A place where the venture gets built.

    How it holds together

Built to carry the whole build.

    Submissions and ProofVault

Every piece of evidence a participant produces is submitted, stored and reviewable in one place.

    Live scoring

ProofPoints awarded against verified evidence, ProofTags for founder behaviour, and a ProofScaling rating across the four dimensions.

    Briefs and deadlines

Hackathons, ideathons, buildathons and bootcamps run end to end, with briefs, deadlines, team activity and judging built in.

    Reporting

Partners see what each participant produced and how their venture scored, rather than attendance figures.

    What comes out of it

    A venture. Not a certificate.

    • A validated problem with the evidence attached
    • A pitch deck built on that evidence
    • A working product, live and usable
    • A ProofScaling score across four dimensions
    • A full submission record in ProofVault

Thank you so much Louis, you've taught me soooo much. If it weren't for you I probably wouldn't have come today, the last day, because you didn't just teach me about business but you taught me to grow up. Just so you know, I'm SO starting my own business.

Thank you Mr Louie for making this bootcamp such a fun and memorable experience. Although I was initially worried that I'd be bored in this program, after the first five minutes of the presentation I knew this will be incredible. I really appreciate the opportunity this business provides for younger people to use technology for our goals.

Mr Louie, you have been an amazing teacher this bootcamp. You explain really well and the lessons would be boring with any other teacher.
